Gower Street Practice
The University of London health service is located in Gower Street (open 9:30-17:30) and most students living centrally will be registered to there. Contact them if you need anything and if you need to change a regular prescription to a local pharmacy.
Dean Street Sexual Health Clinic
56 Dean Street is a friendly, convenient and free NHS sexual health clinic in the heart of London.
SXT
SXT is an online service that helps you find a sexual health clinic that provides the right type of service at a convenient time near you or online.
Student Minds
Student Minds is the UK's Student Mental Health Charity. Contact them if you have any questions regarding mental health, are unsure of where to find help or want to get involved.
Student Minds offers particular help to students with eating disorders and students from the LGBT+ community.
Nightline
The Courtauld are currently affiliated with Nightline, a confidential listening, support and practical information service for students in London and Open University.
Courtauld Students can talk to Nightline about anything – big or small – in complete confidence.
All volunteers are students themselves, who have undergone extensive training.
The Samiritans
The Samaritans are a free helpline for anyone in distress or in need of help.
They are open 24/7 and will do their best to respond immediately to any call.

Hope
Hope is the UK charity that provides support for young people aged 11+ who have a family member diagnosed with a life-threatening illness. Hope is unique in that it provides support from diagnosis and continues to support young people for however long they need.
At the end of 2016 Hope worked in collaboration with Student Minds to create a student pack which is aimed to help students who are leaving behind an ill family member when they go off to university. A copy can be downloaded from the contact box to the right.
